Prior to pursuing her passion for Real Estate, Tatiana worked in labour relations and human resources management for nearly 20 years. With a Degree in Civil Law, a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and Certification in Mediation and Negotiation, she successfully resolved numerous employee and union grievances, human rights cases, and negotiated settlements and contracts with major BC unions in an effective and strategic manner.

Her passion for art, interior design, and Real Estate inspired her to embark on a career change, successfully completing studies in Interior Design and Real Estate Trading Services. Through hard work and focus, she quickly became a successful Real Estate investor and interior designer.
