Director of Property Management 

Aime Bent is the Director of Property Management at Prompton Real Estate Services Inc., where she leads the firm’s property management division and oversees the team managing its residential portfolio across the Lower Mainland. She provides strategic oversight in operations, regulatory compliance, and team development, ensuring assets are protected and service standards remain consistently high.

Since entering the industry in 2009, Aime has built her career in both commercial and residential property management, with the majority of her early experience focused on commercial assets. She holds a Broker’s License, Rental Property Management License, Trading Services License, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Her leadership philosophy centers on building strong relationships and operating with unwavering integrity. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, learning, and hosting gatherings for family and friends.
