We’re proud to support Dragon Boat BC, the non-profit society behind one of Vancouver’s most iconic summer traditions, the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival. This beloved event celebrates community, culture, and athletic spirit through world-class dragon boat racing along the False Creek waterfront and engaging festival experiences on land.

Each year, teams of paddlers from across the region and beyond come together to compete in thrilling races that spotlight strength, teamwork, and Vancouver’s vibrant multicultural heritage. Race weekends also feature lively cultural performances, family-friendly activities, and a festive atmosphere that draws thousands of spectators to the waterfront.

Dragon Boat BC produces not only the flagship festival but also a year-round calendar of paddling events and programs, from youth and accessibility regattas to community paddling initiatives through its Dragon Zone Paddling Club. Their mission is to make paddling and community celebration accessible to everyone, regardless of age or ability.
