  • Rent: $1,037.50/month

  • Building amenities: Full shared building amenities. Hot water and gas included. Concierge services, phone, cable, and hydro are not included.

  • Parking: Subject to availability

  • Pets: Small pet will be considered

Near Garden City Road and Sea Island Way in the Cambie West neighbourhood of Richmond. Art Practice Requirements:
Eligible artists must make their primary living from their art practice(s) and must not make more than $41,500 Gross Annual Income per household during their tenancy as set by The Provincial Government’s definition of a household eligible for subsidies. Artists must include with their application: financial documentation from the past three years, references (landlord and professional), and examples of their art work. See application form for specific requirements.

Art Practices Allowed:
Integrated arts, dance, media and audio arts, music, theater, crafts, photography, visual arts, creative writing, etc. Other art forms will be considered so long as not prohibited below.

The following practices are not permitted:
– Electronically amplified sound
– On-site film processing
– Fiberglass, epoxy or other toxic or hazardous materials
– One or more of the following processes:
welding, woodworking, spray painting, silk screening, fired ceramic
– Industrial processes and/or equipment that cause loud noise and/or dust

Occupancy:
1 Bedrooms – Max occupancy: 2 people including children
2 Bedrooms – Max occupancy: 4 people (2 adults, 2 children)
