*You are only eligible to rent these suites if your household income is less than the Maximum Eligible Tenant Household Income. Approved applicants are required to submit an annual CRA Notice of Assessment to the landlord, Prompton Real Estate Serivces Inc. If your income increases above the maximum allowable after occupancy, tenants will be given 6 month’s notice to vacate the suite. We will also be collecting the most up-to-date bank account summary and require a letter of employment if applicable.
Range from 582 sq.ft to 1242 sq.ft
There shall be no more than 2 or less than 1 person per bedroom. Spouses and couples share a bedroom. Parents do not share a bedroom with children. Dependents aged 18 or more do not share a bedroom. Dependents aged 5 or more of opposite sex do not share a bedroom. Exceptions can be made. All family members over the age of 19 must submit their own application.

*Once Applicants are notified by Prompton of being shortlisted, they must provide 2019 government issued financial documents stating source of any additional income, including but not limited to your 2019 notice of assessment, child benefits, alimony, child support, disability income etc. We will not be able to proceed further with processing applications without this documentation. An up-to-date bank account summary will also be collected and letter of employment if applicable.
