Those owners looked to Prompton to maximize rents, lease their vacant space in a timely manner, and provide ongoing property management services. Experienced in populating master plan communities, our database of renters in Vancouver has grown to over 30,000. Prompton’s marketing promotion includes print media, extensive use of social media, distribution of portfolio availability, and onsite supervision. All our property Managers and Leasing representatives are trained experts, are fully licensed and have an extensive understanding of the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act and the Strata Properties Act
